Job Openings

BAKING INTERN

Responsibilities:

* Preparing, baking, and/or finishing pies and other baked goods as necessary

* Monitoring inventory and ordering/receiving products and ingredients

* Maintaining production equipment in good working condition

* Warewashing and related general housekeeping necessary to ensure the bakery’s full continuing compliance with the food code and current rules and regulations of the Alabama health inspector

*Help with sales, marketing and event planning

Requirements:

* At least twenty-one (21) years old

* At least one (1) verifiable academic year in accredited baking/culinary curriculum

* Willingness and ability to work flexible days/hours, and to begin working as early as 4:00 A.M. if necessary

* To work in a challenging and dynamic environment with a positive attitude towards multiple projects.

* If baking experience is lacking, sales and marketing experiences can be substituted.
